Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Institute of Organization Effectiveness. Institute of Organization Effectiveness offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, based on your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available through other media from us. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/ or contributors of content. By using this site, you represent that you are at the age of majority in your state.

We require customers who register to use our services to give us contact information, such as their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you choose to pay for any of our services like online courses or assessments, billing information such as billing name and address, and credit card/debit number will be collected by the relevant payment gateways to complete the payment process.
If you have registered for any of our services that require you to provide us with your email, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications will include any information concerning or related to our service, such as new product launch or other announcements, or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with us.
If after you opt-in to receive marketing messages, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at programs@instituteofoe.com.
We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of our organization if it is necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, to enforce applicable terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations and to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We will keep personal information of its users for as long as they are registered subscribers or users of our products and services, and for a reasonable time thereafter.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Institute of Organization Effectiveness and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Pricing Policy

We have customized pricing according to the different courses and services provided by us. The details regarding the courses and services will be provided to you beforehand through the relevant brochures or emails.
The fees for our programs and services will be priced in either INR or in USD depending on your location within India or outside India.
The pricing of our products and services are as follows
EQi 2.0 Workplace Assessment – USD 70 or INR 5670 + GST per person
EQi 2.0 Leadership Assessment – USD 105 or INR 8505 + GST per person
Certification Programs – USD 1000 or INR 80,000 + GST per person
If for some reason you wish to discontinue from the certification program before the commencement of the first class that you signed up for, we will refund 50% of the fees. However, if you discontinue after the commencement of the first class for the batch that you enrolled for or after the release of the program credentials, no refund will be made.
You are required to complete the certification program within the stipulated duration or a grace period of 6 months will be provided for you to complete the program. If you are not able to complete the program before this time, you have to pay the fee for the program again to continue the course.
You can pay the fees directly to our bank account using the bank account information provided in the brochure of email from us. You can also request us to send a link from a payment gateway for you to pay the fees using your debit or credit card which will incur an additional service change.
